Warranty Policy

Grey Haze Warranty Policy

On this page you’ll find a guide to Grey Haze warranties for different groups of products. It’s important to note that many vape kits, batteries and mods are made up of a variety of different components, and therefore they can be subject to different warranty periods. 

The reason for this is that many products are classed as consumable, like disposable vapes, batteries and coils. Although, some components, such as charging ports, are not eligible for cover by our warranty due to the fact that they are frequently damaged through user error.

See below for a list of products and how long they’re covered under our warranty policy.

Warranty Time Frames with Grey Haze

All time frames listed below are from the date of receipt of the original purchase, and cover faulty products only.
Grey Haze reserves the right to decline warranty coverage for products that do not possess a manufacturing or electrical fault and therefore are not considered faulty.

Vape Kits

Warranty: 6 Months

  • Vape Kits (Built In/External Battery)
  • Vape Pens (Built In/External Battery)
  • AIO systems (Built In/External Battery)
  • Pod Systems (Built In/External Battery)
  • Advanced Vape Kits (Built In/External Battery)

Our huge range of vape kits, including but not limited to pod kits, vape pens, advanced vape kits and all in one (AIO) vape kits have a 6 month warranty period from the date of receipt. This covers faulty products only.

Vape Mods

Warranty: 6 Months

  • Built-In Battery Box Mods
  • External Battery Box Mods

Our Vape Mods, including Box Mods, have a warranty period of 6 months for faulty goods. This warranty covers both types of mod - those with built-in batteries, and those that use external vape batteries.

Disposable Vape Pens and Kits

Warranty: DOA (Dead on Arrival)

  • Disposable Vape Kits - DOA
  • Disposable Vape Pens - DOA

Our Disposable Vape Pens, Kits and Devices are not covered by an extended warranty. Our warranty only covers these devices if they’re ‘dead’ (not working) upon arrival, as they’re consumable items. If the Disposable Device that you receive possesses a manufacturing fault and is DOA you will need to notify us as soon as possible, but no longer than 48 hours of receiving the item. We know there is a small chance that a product could arrive faulty or damaged, if this is the case please inform us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Note: For claims against disposable vape devices, kits or pens we will require a serial number or batch number. We may also require photographic or video evidence before we can approve a return; consequently we cannot cover disposable vapes, pens or kits that have been disposed of. This is because we require all faulty goods to be returned to us for investigation before we can issue a refund or replacement.

Vape Tanks

Warranty: DOA (Dead on Arrival)

  • Vape Tanks - DOA
  • Vape Pod Tanks - DOA

Vape Tanks and Vape Pod Tanks are both consumable items, like disposable vapes, and so we also institute a ‘Dead on Arrival’ policy for these items.

Vape Tanks and Vape Pod Tanks are only covered by our warranty policy if they possess a manufacturing fault, such as a fault which causes them to leak or prevents them from working. If this is the case you should contact us as soon as possible, but in no longer than 28 days, so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.

Note: We do not cover Tanks that taste burned, as this is not related to a manufacturing error.

Coils and Pods

Warranty: DOA (Dead on Arrival)

  • Vape Coils - DOA
  • Vape Pods - DOA

Vape Pods and Vape Coils, sometimes known as Atomizers or Clearomizers, like some of our other items, have a dead on arrival warranty. Please let us know as soon as you can, but within no longer than 48 hours of receiving the products.

Note: We do not cover pods or coils that taste burned, as a pod or coil that states burned is not the result of a manufacturing fault.

External Batteries

Warranty: 28 Days

  • 18350 Batteries - 28 Days
  • 18650 Batteries - 28 Days
  • 20700 Batteries - 28 Days
  • 21700 Batteries - 28 Days

All External 18350, 18650, 20700, 21700 batteries have a 28-day warranty that covers electrical faults and manufacturing faults. If you notice a problem with your battery within 28 days of receiving it you should contact us immediately. Claims made against batteries after this time may not be covered under our warranty policy.

Note: External vape batteries can be quite delicate, and so our warranty does not cover batteries that show signs of physical damage, or generalised wear and tear. We also may require you to return the battery to us for inspection before we are able to issue a replacement or refund.

Vape Liquids, Tobacco Sticks and Snus Nicotine Pouches

Warranty: N/A

  • Vape Liquids - N/A
  • Tobacco Sticks - N/A
  • Snus/Nicotine Pouches - N/A

E-Liquids, Heated Tobacco Sticks and Snus/Nicotine Pouches cannot be returned if you have accidentally ordered the wrong flavour, do not like the flavour, or if they have been opened. However, if you have received the wrong order or item you may be eligible for a refund or exchange if the product has not been opened.
If we have received an incorrect item or order, do not open the vape liquid, tobacco stick or nicotine pouch. Instead, contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange a return and exchange. 

Note: Even if you have received the wrong flavour or brand, we will be unable to assist you if the bottle or pack has been opened, due to health and safety.

Important Information

If you receive a replacement for a faulty item, the warranty does not reset. Should your replacement go faulty, we would only cover you from the original purchase date.

If your goods are found to be faulty within the warranty period we will be more than to facilitate a return and refund or exchange. 

If the goods are discovered to be faulty after the warranty period we may not be able to offer you a return or like for like exchange  of goods of the same value, or a refund.
