Grey Haze Vape Reward Club admission is available to all customers based in the UK and Worldwide.

To turn points into a reward, you’ll need to log into your Grey Haze account and open the rewards panel on the bottom left of the Grey Haze website.

• Next, click on Ways to redeem.

• If you have enough points for one of the Fixed amount rewards, there will be a Redeem button.

• To redeem points on Incremental rewards, you’ll need to use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem.

• Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

You can check your points balance by logging in to your account area or via the Rewards panel in the bottom left corner of the screen. Once logged in you will see the total number of points, and any special offers available to you as a member of our Vape Rewards Club. We will also send regular points updates emails each month.

Reward Points expire after 6 months and your points will be available to spend while your account is open. If you close your account your points will be lost.

Points are not transferable between accounts.

Simply put, no. There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate. It’s good to remember that points have no cash value and can only be redeemed against a purchase.

When you successfully complete an order, the points will automatically be updated in your account area. This is usually on the same day but can take upto 48 hours to update.
