The biggest difference between Ploom and cigarettes is the fact that Ploom uses EVO sticks which are gradually heated, rather than burned or combusted. This means that the EVO sticks do not produce any smoke, tar or ash, which also reduces the risk of unpleasant lingering odours.

Take one of the Ploom cleaning sticks and insert it directly into the device. Once inside the Ploom device twist the cleaning stick several times, ensuring that it reaches to the very bottom and gets into all the corners. Remove the stick and check for leftover residue - repeat if necessary.

To use a Ploom device first slide open the cover at the top. Insert an EVO stick into the device - make sure the line on the tobacco stick is flush with the top of the Ploom device.
