How do I write a great review?

A great way to start is to remember on-site reviews mainly only cover products, customer service and user experience reviews are normally left on Trustpilot or Google reviews. A well written and informative product review is a great way to show your appreciation to a fantastic product and help others find it, describing the usability and pros and cons of the products is a good way to start. A good way to check if your review is useful is to ask yourself, would this review help me?

A great service review will outline your experience, including usability of the website, shipping speed, and if there were any issues how fast and easy it was to resolve.

What to avoid in my online review?

We ask all reviewers to refrain from using foul language, hate speech and personal attacks or lewdness. We ask that a negative or positive experience be described accurately and in detail to allow others to make a decision and for us to improve our experience, non-descriptive reviews are not so helpful to others.

Reviewers should also avoid leaving service reviews on the product pages, this unfairly changes the accuracy of a product's star rating. All service reviews should be left on Trustpilot or google reviews. For example, if you received an excellent service but a bad product, a low star rating should be left for the product and a high star rating on Trustpilot or Google reviews.

Can I write about a negative experience?

Yes, of course, both positive and negative reviews allow us to continue to improve our services and inform our customers. However we try to resolve all issues to a satisfactory standard, so we ask you to please contact us or let us contact you after having left the review, so we can resolve the issue for you.

Do you ever remove reviews?

Generally we do not remove user reviews however, Trustpilot and google may do so at their own discretion, we have no input on which reviews are removed. As for product reviews, we may remove any inappropriate or offensive reviews, as well as any reviews left by a non verified buyer if we cannot prove a purchase has been made.
