Royal Mail: Orders placed before 6pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 6pm ship the next working day.

DPD: Orders placed before 4:30pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Saturday delivery is available.

Orders placed after 6pm on Friday are not processed until Monday. We do not dispatch on bank holidays or public holidays.

Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it.

All times are estimates. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. We can't control courier timescales once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

All orders are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging. There are no product names, logos, or references on the outside of the parcel.

All Royal Mail deliveries include full tracking with photo proof of delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

If the courier leaves your delivery with a neighbour or at a collection point, they'll leave a card and update the tracking with the details.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe for your chosen delivery method, contact us within 10 days of the dispatch date. This allows us to raise an investigation with the courier.

We're unable to investigate or replace missing deliveries reported after 10 days, so please get in touch as soon as you notice an issue.

No, we currently only deliver within the UK. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
