Shipping of Orders On Weekends and Bank holidays.

All orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the following working day. 

This means if you make an order on Sunday with a next day delivery option, it will be posted Monday and with you on Tuesday.

This time frame will also apply for orders made after the cut off times on a Friday evening. 

Please also be aware of the advised time frames for UK mainland delivery.

**If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

-DPD – 3:00pm (Mon-Fri)

**Any orders placed after the above cut off times on Friday will not be processed until the Next working Day (Monday).

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office or collection point. they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. The tracking will also update with the information.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. We have no control over our delivery partners time frames once the goods are handed to them.

We ship internationally, and a large portion of our orders are sent to Europe. Please choose your geographical zone when checking out, we ship all international orders via airmail, should you require clarification or wish to choose a different method for your order please contact us. Trackable services are available at checkout.


 If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK orders) and 28 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.

Any updates to the address, location to leave goods, special requests etc, will need to be provided to the delivery company you have selected. Grey Haze are unable to amend or provide special info on packages.

Q: My order shows delivered with proof but it is not here.

A: If there is proof of delivery but your goods are missing then please first contact the delivery company. Check with neighbours or around your property (wheelie bins, hedges, flower pots etc) In most cases you will find the package has been left somewhere safe.

Q: My order was with 24/48hr RM delivery, Its been longer than these time frames, where is it?

A: Sadly RM delivery's can take longer than the advised 1-3/2-5 working days. Please allow a max of 10 working days from the goods being shipped for them to arrive. If they do not arrive after this we will help you with a resolution.

Q: My Royal Mail Order tracking is not updating to show where it is.

A: Royal Mail 24 and 48 are not a live track service. The tracking will only update once the goods are delivered, showing a signature and in some cases a GPS location.

Q: My item has a photo of delivery but it has been stolen.

A: If you believe your goods are stolen then this is a crime, please contact your local police force using 101. They will log an incident report and provide you with a crime reference number. You can then provide us with that and we can work on a resolve.

Q: My International Order is not updating and shows its been in the same location since X/Y.

A: Royal Mail and Hermes do not track international orders further than the country it is going to. Once its got to customs it will go through the usual process there, then be handed to a delivery partner. In some cases a "continue delivery" option will be given on the RM website. You can click that link and use the RM tracking ID to follow the package in your country.   

Q: My International order has been returned to sender. Why?

A: In most cases when an international order is RTS, this is due to it being refused by customs. Either as it has gone too long with duty's and imports fees not being paid, or the goods are not clear for entry. Once returned to us and booked in, you will get a refund on the goods value. We will not refund shipping in this case.

Q: I live in X/Y, can you ship here?

A: Yes we are able to ship anywhere, however we do advise you research your country's imports rules regarding vaping products before ordering. If goods are refused and returned to us then we are able to refund you, however if customs destroy the order then we will not cover you for the loss. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the goods you order are able to be imported.

Q: Can you adjust the order value or mark it as a "gift", or adjust what the products are on the invoice so I don't have to pay fees or get it through customs.

A: No we can not.
