Delivery Terms
- Orders placed before 4:30 pm with DPD will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery.
- Orders placed before 6:00 pm with Royal Mail will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 pm with Royal mail will be dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the specified times.
- We only offer delivery within the UK.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
- Order cut off times:
- -Royal Mail – 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- -DPD – 4:30pm (Mon-Fri) Saturday delivery available
- **Any orders placed after the above cut off times on Friday will not be processed until the Next working Day (Monday).
- Royal Mail deliveries are all tracked with proof of delivery photos.
- If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office or collection point. they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. The tracking will also update with the information.
- All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. We have no control over our delivery partners time frames once the goods are handed to them.
