To Lock / Unlock your VooPoo Drag all you need to do is hold the + button (up) and the fire button simultaneously for approximately 2 seconds. To switch the device on / off press the fire button (power button) 5 times in rapid succession.

You can reset your VooPoo Argus through the settings menu. To access the settings menu press the fire button (power button) three times quickly. Alternatively, hold the “-” and “+” buttons simultaneously to access the settings menu. Using the “-” or “+” button, select the ‘Reset Puff Count’ option. This will reset your VooPoo Argus Pro or Pro 2 vape.

To fill a VooPoo tank for the Uforce, Drag X / S2 / 4 or the Argus G2 / P1 / P2, locate the refill port, either at the top or bottom of the tank or pod, open it up, and insert the nozzle of your bottle of vape juice into the opening. Carefully squeeze e-liquid into the tank until it’s filled, being careful not to overfill it.

When VooPoo vapes aren’t working, the first thing you should do is make sure the battery is charged. Test the vape with at least 2 different USB cables and 2 different plugs if it isn’t charging.
Next, make sure the device is switched on by pressing the power button 5 times in rapid succession. If your VooPoo vape still isn’t working, try swapping out your VooPoo coils for a fresh one and make sure it’s saturated with e-liquid before testing.

VooPoo coils can last anywhere between 5 days - 2 weeks. Their lifespan can depend on a number of factors. E-liquids with high concentrations of sweetener can cause coils to deteriorate quicker. Allowing your VooPoo coil to become dry, or using it at the wrong wattage can also reduce the longevity of your coils. To make your VooPoo vape last longer, make sure your tank or pod is always topped up with e-liquid and that you’re using the right power settings.
