Vape Juice

“E liquid” refers to the flavoured liquids used in vape kits to produce vapour, and are one of the most important parts of any vape, as they allow users to personalise their experience through picking the perfect flavour as well as the most suitable nicotine strength for their needs.

Yes, vape juice does expire. Most e-liquids will have a shelf life of approximately 2 years. Using vape liquid past this point won’t kill you, but it can be an unpleasant experience as the nicotine and flavouring are past their best, and so we’d advise against it. Check the expiry date on the packaging and/or bottle before use.

It’s a legal requirement that all vape juices within the UK feature a child-proof cap. Due to this they can be a little tricky to open.

1. Hold the bottle in one hand
2. Use your other hand to push down the lid
3. Twist the lid anti-clockwise whilst pushing downwards.
4. Unscrew the lid the rest of the way.

To make a 10ml vape juice:

• Add 2.2ml of your chosen flavour concentrate
• Add VG or PG to your desired ratio (e.g. 50/50 or 70/30 VG/PG)
• Add nicotine until you reach your desired strength.
• Seal the bottle and mix the ingredients thoroughly by shaking the bottle for up to 60 seconds.

Yes, you can! However, it’s best to check the airline's rules and regulations regarding liquids. Most airlines in the UK will allow only 100ml of liquid per bottle, and they must be kept within resealable clear plastic bags no larger than 20cm x 20cm.

You can indeed mix vape juices, and in doing so create new flavours and blends. However, we’d recommend mixing vape juices with the same nicotine strength and VG/PG ratio to ensure that the mixed e-liquid is still compatible with your needs.

On average, vape juice can last for 1 - 2 years, so long as it hasn’t been opened and is stored correctly (in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight). If the vape liquid has been opened it can last for 6 - 12 months in these conditions.
