Honestly, the flavour accuracy sets these apart from competitors like Elfliq or other bar salt ranges. Where some brands create approximations of popular disposable flavours, Hayati's approach feels more direct - probably because they're working from their own successful disposable recipes rather than trying to reverse-engineer someone else's.
The consistency between bottles is also notable. You won't get one bottle of Blueberry Sour Raspberry that tastes spot-on and another that's completely different. That reliability matters when you're trying to find your regular all-day vape.
Price-wise, they're spot on. At just £1.80 per bottle, you can’t go wrong!
Which Flavours Actually Deliver?
Based on testing and reviews, certain flavours consistently perform better than others. Lemon & Lime stands out for its natural citrus balance - you get distinct lemon upfront followed by that slightly bitter lime finish. It's sweet enough to be pleasant but tart enough to feel authentic.
Cherry Cola nails that nostalgic fizzy drink taste without being overly artificial. The cherry doesn't dominate, and there's enough cola complexity to make it interesting rather than one-dimensional.
Blue Razz Lemonade combines sweet blue raspberry with sharp lemonade in a way that actually works. Some brands make this combination too sweet or too sour, but Hayati gets the balance right.
Mr Blue (which appears to be their take on blue slush) provides that classic sweet shop flavour that's become incredibly popular. It's definitely on the sweeter side, so probably not an all-day vape for everyone.
The fruit combinations like Strawberry Kiwi and Lemon Peach Passionfruit tend to be crowd-pleasers because they're complex enough to stay interesting but not so exotic that they become tiresome.
Are There Any Downsides?
The main limitation is that you're locked into MTL vaping with these. The 50/50 ratio and nicotine salt formulation won't work well in sub-ohm tanks or for direct-lung vaping. If you prefer big clouds and low nicotine, this isn't the range for you.
Some of the more complex flavour combinations can be a bit overwhelming as all-day vapes. Flavours like Lemon Peach Passionfruit taste great initially but might become cloying after extended use.
The 10ml bottle size, whilst legally required, means you'll be opening new bottles frequently if you're a heavy vaper. It's not a huge issue, but it's worth considering for convenience.
What Devices Work Best?
These are formulated specifically for MTL devices, and they perform best in pod kits with resistances between 0.6 and 1.2 ohms. The Hayati Quokka range (Lite, Elite, and Pro) are obviously designed to work perfectly with these nic salts, but they'll work well in any decent MTL setup.
Lower-powered devices around 10-15 watts seem to bring out the flavours best. Push the wattage too high and you'll get harshness rather than flavour enhancement.
