DELIVERY FOR MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND 23RD-25TH MAY
Due to the current covid 19 situation, Royal mail, DPD and DHL are running slower than usual. Although we will get your orders dispatched on time our end, please be aware there may be some minor postage delays. We would really appreciate it if you can kindly be patient with slight postage delays before contacting Customer Services. Working days following the End of Spring Bank Holiday Weekend will be from 26th May 2020 before orders are ready for dispatch.

At present we are operating as normal in our warehouse but due to supply chain disruptions our stock levels may be affected and there may be delays in replenishing if products go out of stock.
STOCK UPDATES AT GREYHAZE
Our stock levels are healthy at Grey Haze Online, however, we can not guarantee the availability of popular products if they go out of stock in the next 30 days. We advise our customers NOT to panic buy but make sure they stock-up where necessary only. Panic buying only has a negative effect on the vaping community.
Dispatch & Delivery Service Updates Below
Royal Mail are advising some customers that their packages have not been shipped yet and are referring them back to ourselves.
Grey haze would like to reassure all customers that their orders are being dispatched as usual with no additional delays. Any delays with your delivery is sadly down to Royal mail having backlog from Easter bank holiday and staff shortages due to the current covid 19 situation.
We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for any additional postage delays caused.
Royal Mail have confirmed that "Customers can expect delays to normal services, on a country by country basis and updates will be posted as soon as they become available" for more information click here

DPD have said "At present, all parcel operations continue as normal. All DPD depots and hubs are working as normal and we have no closures affecting any of our sites" for more information click here
DHL are taking measures to make sure operations are not affected however depending on your country some services may be disrupted. For more information click here

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
