Grey Haze: Birmingham's Original Vape Shop Since 2012

Look, we've been doing this vaping thing in Birmingham for over 12 years now. Started out as a small shop in 2012 when most people didnt even know what a vape was. Now? We're probably the biggest independent vape retailer in the West Midlands with over 8,000 products online.

Why We're Different (Actually Different)

Here's the thing. Most online vape shops are just warehouses shipping boxes. We've got proper shops across Birmingham where you can actually touch the products, chat to real people who vape themselves, and get your stuff same day if you need it. Been helping smokers quit for years and honestly, we've gotten pretty good at it.

We stock about 150 different brands now. All the big names like Elf Bar, Lost Mary, Vaporesso, VooPoo, Aspire. But also loads of smaller brands you wont find everywhere. Started with maybe 20 brands back in the day, mental how much its grown really.

What You'll Find Here

Right, so we've got basically everything. Starter kits from about fifteen quid up to proper advanced mods for the cloud chasers. Got over 3,000 different e-liquids which is frankly ridiculous but people love choice don't they? Nic salts, shortfills, 50/50s, high VG stuff for the big clouds.

Quick tip: if your switching from disposables, grab some nic salts first. Same throat hit, way cheaper in the long run. We do 4 for £10 on most bar salt flavours which works out loads better than buying disposables every day.

Oh and we've got all the boring but essential bits too. Coils, pods, batteries, cases. Nothing worse than your coil burning out on a Sunday night and everywhere's shut.

Birmingham Shops + Online Delivery

So we've got shops dotted around Birmingham and the West Midlands. Means you can pop in, try stuff, ask questions. Our staff actually vape (mad how many vape shop workers don't) so they know what they're on about. Been trained properly too, not just reading off a script.

Online's pretty straightforward. Order before 4pm weekdays and it'll dispatch same day. Free delivery over 30 quid, usually rocks up next day with Royal Mail. Saturdays we deliver too, and if your local to Birmingham we sometimes do same day delivery but ring first to check.

The Money Bit

We'll match prices if you find it cheaper somewhere legit. Not talking about dodgy Facebook sellers or that mate who "knows someone". Proper UK vape shops only. Most our stuffs already pretty competitive though. Those multi-buy deals especially, 3 for £12 on some disposable alternatives saves you a fortune.

Everything's genuine too. We buy direct from the manufacturers or their official UK distributors. Seen too many people get stung with fake Elf Bars that taste like burning plastic.

The Disposable Ban Thing

Since June 2025 you cant buy disposable vapes anymore. Government banned them. But honestly? Good thing for most peoples wallets. We've stocked up on prefilled pod kits that work just like disposables but you just swap the pod instead of binning the whole thing.

Lost Mary BM600s, Elf Bar AF5000s, SKE Crystal Plus. All legal, all cheaper per puff than disposables were. We'll show you how they work, dead simple really.

Returns and Warranty Stuff

14 days to return unopened stuff. If somethings faulty we'll sort it, either swap it in store or post a replacement. Manufacturers warranties on everything, usually 6 months but some brands do longer. Keep your receipt though, makes life easier.

Had a few people recently with leaking pods, turned out they were storing them upside down in hot cars. Store your stuff properly and it lasts way longer, just saying.

Age Verification

You've got to be 18 to buy vape stuff. No exceptions. Online we use 1Account which checks your details automatically. Sometimes it needs extra info or ID, bit annoying but it's the law innit. In store we do Challenge 25, so bring ID if you look young. Rather be safe than sorry with trading standards.

The system tries to verify you straight after ordering. If it cant verify automatically, you'll need to upload ID. Don't just close the page or your order gets stuck in limbo and we have to email you to sort it.
