IQOS Terea Mauve Wave tobacco sticks have been made with a new heating technology - the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™. This new smart tech comes in the form of a heating element, shaped like a small blade, which is located in the centre of the stick of tobacco. This new heating blade has been created by IQOS specifically for the Iluma Terea tobacco sticks.

The IQOS Iluma device uses a specific type of reduced risk technology called ‘heat not burn’. This system allows the device to create an inhalable vapour using the tobacco sticks, without producing smoke, ash or tar. The heated tobacco system also ensures that the tobacco sticks create less odour that doesn’t linger after the tobacco sticks are used, and has been reported as releasing up to 95% less carbon monoxide than tobacco products such as cigarettes. This means that not only does the heated tobacco device reduce odours, but also reduces risk too. 

Each pack of Mauve Wave TEREA tobacco sticks consists of 20 tobacco sticks.
