The Aegis Legend 3 by GeekVape is a beautifully crafted advanced vape kit with the same classic Legend design as seen with previous Legend vapes in the Aegis series. As with the other generations of the Aegis Legend, the Legend 3 vape has the same air of dependability and durability; but it’s available in a wider range of colours with 11 currently available from Titanium Grey to the limited edition Carrera edition with its glamorous gold and royal red hues. Another new feature with this vape is its incredible palm recognition technology; the device will recognise when it’s being held by a human hand due to the recognition system on the back of the device. This dynamic lock system allows for smarter, safer vaping as the kit responds to your touch and allows you to vape completely care-free. As well as the incredible palm recognition, the Aegis 3 also boasts three different lock modes that give vapers the choice of customising the way that they use their vape. These three lock modes include Button Lock, Touch Lock and Unlocked. In the Button Lock Mode you can use the device at the same power level without worry as accidental touching or false touch will not alter your settings. In the Touch Lock Mode (the default mode) the device can be activated with your bare hands and the kit makes automatic adjustments so it’s always ready to go. In the Unlock Mode the device is fully customisable and all keys/buttons can be used freely, even when the device doesn’t come into contact with your bare skin.

As with the Aegis Legend models before it the Legend 3 boasts a bright and intuitive user interface, displayed on a clear 0.69” TFT colour screen which allows you to monitor your vape at a glance. Information such as the current battery life, puff count, coil resistance and vape mode can be discerned simply by looking at the lit screen; although the inclusion of the screen also offers you the chance to switch between vaping modes with ease, as well as set memory settings to save yourself some time once you’ve discovered which personalisation settings create the perfect puff for you.

There are three main power output settings for you to choose from, aside from the Memory Mode. Power, Smart and Boosting. Power Mode allows you to pick your preferred power output from 5W to 200W. Smart Mode is the setting for those who’d rather let their device decide on the best wattage for the coil they’re using, and adjust itself automatically. Boosting Mode provides you with more power at the beginning of each puff before steadily returning to the wattage you’ve selected. However, the memory settings allow you to store up to 5 of your favourite vape settings, and with a single button press you can return to preferred settings whenever you feel like it.

The Legend 3 is incredibly durable - even more so than other Aegis vapes due to its upgraded IP68-rating. The GeekVape Legend 3 mod features a 510 connection that supports flawless functionality with almost any modern vape tank. However, the kit comes with the extraordinary GeekVape Z Fli tank - this sub ohm tank has been developed with both ease of use and customer satisfaction in mind, which is why it features a leak-resistant adjustable top air flow system for a smoother draw, better flavour and a reduced risk of vape juice leaking. The Z Fli couldn’t be easier to use as this superb sub ohm tank also features a flip-top cap which allows vapers to easily refill their tank with e-liquid, even whilst they’re out and about.

As the GeekVape Aegis Legend 3 is a sub ohm vape kit with low resistance coils (it comes with a 0.15Ω XM and 0.4Ω XM Zeus Coil) and a high power output we’d strongly recommend that it’s paired with a vape juice with a high concentration of VG. The best e-liquids for this device would be those that feature a minimum of 70% VG, such as those in our collection of Shortfill e-liquids. You may also wish to purchase the 5.5ml replacement glass for the Z Fli which expands the e-liquid capacity of your tank, allowing you to vape for longer and reducing the frequency of refill.
