Vape juice is the liquid your vape heats to make vapour. It's a base of propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG), with flavouring and, in most bottles, nicotine.

You'll also see it called vape liquid, e-liquid, e-juice, e-cig juice or vape fluid. They're all the same thing. Vape oil is the odd one out: there's no oil in e-liquid, and oils such as CBD tinctures aren't made for e-cig coils, so don't put them in your tank.

Which juice you need depends on your vape kit. Pod kits and mouth-to-lung (MTL) vapes work best with 10ml nic salts or 50/50 e-liquids, which are thinner and usually have the nicotine already in. Sub-ohm kits need thicker high VG juice, which usually comes as a 100ml shortfill with room for a nicotine shot.
