How to get the most out of it

Three things make a budget conduction vape work properly:

1. Grind fine and even. A coarse grind in a conduction vape gives you uneven heating — some bits scorched, some bits raw. A proper grinder pays for itself the first session.
2. Don't overpack. A loose-medium pack lets heat circulate. Tamping it down kills airflow.
3. Clean it. Brush the chamber after every few sessions, swap the screen when it stops looking shiny. Five minutes of maintenance keeps it tasting clean for years.

Is the Herb Pro legal in the UK?

Yes. Dry herb vaporizers are legal to own and use in the UK as devices. What you put in them is your own responsibility — only legal herbs and aromatherapy blends should be used.

What can I use in it?

The Herb Pro is designed for dried botanicals — chamomile, lavender, mint, eucalyptus and other aromatherapy herbs all vaporise well in a conduction chamber.

How long does the battery last?

Roughly six to eight sessions per full charge in typical use. Heavy use or higher temperature settings will pull that down a bit. Full charge takes around 90 minutes over USB-C.

Does it work with concentrates or wax?

No — it's a dry herb device only. Putting concentrates in the chamber will damage the heating element and void any return claim.

How do I clean it?

Brush the chamber after every four to six sessions. For a deeper clean, use the supplied swabs with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on the chamber walls and mouthpiece. Don't submerge the device — the battery and electronics aren't waterproof.

What's the warranty?

12-month UK warranty against manufacturing defects. Doesn't cover damage from misuse, dropped devices, or use with non-herb materials.
