Klarna is a safe and quick payment method designed to make sure the shopping experience is seamless. Klarna is one Europe's largest banks and has a massive 10% e-commerce market share in northern Europe.

How does Klarna Work?

You can use Klarna pay in 3 or Pay later. With Klarna Pay in 3 you can spread the cost of your purchase with 3 interest free installments. The first payment to be made at the point of purchase with the remaining scheduled in installments every 30 days. Simply Select Pay with Klarna at checkout and select pay in 3, you can then manage your payments with the Klarna App. Klarna Pay n 3 is interest free, has no impact on your credit score and is a fast effective alternative to a credit card.

We also offer Klarna Pay Later. This will allow you to pay once your items are delivered at no extra cost. Once your items are shipped you will have 30 days before payment is due, you can notify Klarna though their app of any returns. Once you’ve completed checkout you will receive an email from Klarna with more information, you will typically have 14 to 30 days before you need to make payment.

What will I need to provide?

You will need to provide Klarna your address, email and name, sometimes they will require additional information such as date of birth and mobile number. It is vital you provide correct information so that you receive payment notifications or you could miss these and be penalised.

Will Klarna affect my credit score? 

Klarna may run a soft credit search on you that will not affect your credit score. This will only be visible to you and Klarna. Klarna nor Grey Haze will run a credit check that will impact your credit rating. However if you fail to pay or miss payments this can impact your credit rating.

What if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as your return or cancellation has been accepted Klarna will refund you and cancel any future payments. You can manage your returns and cancellations with your Klarna App.

How can I pay?

If you have received your goods and wish to pay you can do so with the Klarna app, or by logging into the Klarna website via the email link you were sent.
