Delivery Terms
- Orders placed before 4:30 pm with DPD will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery.
- Orders placed before 3.00 pm with Royal Mail will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm with Royal mail will be dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the specified times.
- We currently only offer delivery within the UK.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Order cut off times:
-Royal Mail – 3:00pm (Mon-Fri)
-DPD – 4:30pm (Mon-Fri) Saturday delivery available
**Any orders placed after the above cut off times on Friday will not be processed until the Next working Day (Monday).
Royal Mail deliveries are all tracked with proof of delivery photos.
If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office or collection point. they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. The tracking will also update with the information.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. We have no control over our delivery partners time frames once the goods are handed to them.
