How do I join the Grey Haze Vape Rewards Club?

Simply sign up to a Grey Haze account and you will instantly receive 500 reward points for joining the club. Click the button in our website header or create an account when checking out. You must agree to the terms and conditions of the Greyhaze Vape Rewards Club.

Is the Grey Haze Vape Rewards Club only available in the UK?

Grey Haze Vape Reward Club admission is available to all customers based in the UK and Worldwide.

How do I use my reward points?

• To turn points into a reward, you’ll need to log into your Grey Haze account and open the rewards panel on the bottom left of the Grey Haze website. • Next, click on Ways to redeem. • If you have enough points for one of the Fixed amount rewards, there will be a Redeem button. • To redeem points on Incremental rewards, you’ll need to use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem. • Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

Where can I check how many rewards points I have?

You can check your points balance by logging in to your account area or via the Rewards panel in the bottom left corner of the screen. Once logged in you will see the total number of points, and any special offers available to you as a member of our Vape Rewards Club. We will also send regular points updates emails each month.

Do my rewards points expire?

There is no expiry date and your points will be available to spend while your account is open. If you close your account your points will be lost.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

Points are not transferable between accounts.

Is there a limit on how many point I can earn?

Simply put, no. There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate. It’s good to remember that points have no cash value and can only be redeemed against a purchase.

How long does it take for points to be added to my account?

When you successfully complete an order, the points will automatically be updated in your account area. This is usually on the same day but can take upto 48 hours to update.

Can I redeem my reward points for cash?

Unfortunately not. Vape Rewards Club points have no real cash value and can only be redeemed against future purchases on the Grey Haze website.

How do I know when double reward points days are active?

Double points promo days 4 times a year. You will be notified via email before the promotion is live.

GREY HAZE VAPE REWARDS T&Cs:

You may redeem Grey Haze Vape Rewards Club points against any order in the Grey Haze website.

You may redeem up to 100% of the value of an order using Grey Haze Vape Rewards Club points.

Grey Haze Vape Rewards Club points are non-transferable.

Grey Haze Vape Rewards Club points have no cash value.

You must have bought and received the product on the same account for your review to count towards points.

Once your birthday has been submitted, you are unable to change it, so please ensure this information is correct when entered. Incorrect information may lead to your account being suspended.

If you refund a product, the points will also be deducted from your account.

Grey Haze has the right to suspend your account if found to be abusing club rules e.g. False DOB.
