Great product. Terrible service v
This was my first time using greyhaze. Have to say I am disappointed. The product is great. As expected. The coils perform just as I need them too and would expect nothing less. However the service has been seriously lacking. Purchased on a Friday and paid for 48hr signed delivery. The coils did not arrive until the following Friday. After a couple of days I contacted greyhaze to check what was happening. It was explained that my order had been placed after the cut off time on the Friday. Reasonable I thought and expected delivery around Wednesday. £1.99 for 48hr delivery. Thursday arrived and still nothing. Contacted grey haze again. Was told to wait until Monday and they would investigate if package had still not arrived. Coils turned up Friday. What exactly was I charged £1.99 for? No refund offered and not particularly friendly replies. Not impressed at all.
