Bo + won’t last long.

Unfortunately first one died out after 2 months. No problem covered under warranty. Teo months later and new bo + stopped charging properly and no vapour produced. No more warranty so took it apart and found their pods leak into the battery and components causing it to die out. Contact customer service and no reply. Find a more reliable product. This one is cheap as fk.

Difficult to review this!

I picked this up about a week ago from kings Heath store as part of my ongoing search for the perfect mini pocket vape. It's a difficult one to review to be honest. This actual device gets an easy 5 stars - solid build quality, quick to recharge , great battery life, and a much airier draw than some of the pod systems - the Von Erl for instance you need to use all your ******* power to get it to trigger, where as this is much smoother and less effort to fire. So the device itself is superb, and pods easy to refill as well. HOWEVER... I've tried 5 different pods in it, and they've all pretty much failed. They start off fine and full of flavour, but in a matter of minutes stop wicking properly, completely lose flavour and then start to burn about a third through the juice. I've tried, priming them, short pulls 30 seconds or so apart, left sitting in different positions, but nothing seems to work. So in all the device is superb, but the whole BO system is essentially flawed as the pods just don't work - plain and simple. How they've managed to launch a product that point blank can't wick juice. Surely someone must have tested it in the development stage & see if they could at least get through a single pod, but apparently not! So It's only 3 stars as a whole, and I'd avoid BO like the plague until they update the pods to a system that can actually wick juice and at least be useable, as right now they just simply do not work. Shame, as the device and pod cases are great.

No problems paying and receiving item, but I asked a basic question about the advertised function of a particular item and was ignored.

Brilliant

Rapid delivery. The item itself is beautifully crafted. Not too light and heavy but just right. A decent size which fits perfectly in your hand. An easy pull with no faffing around with just pure vape. Long lasting battery. Quick charge. Just a brilliant buy
