The IQOS Terea Amber tobacco sticks feature the new SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™, an exclusive technology developed by IQOS for the Terea tobacco sticks. This new and improved heating blade is situated inside the tobacco stick itself in order to produce a more consistent flavour, as well as enhanced vapour output for an experience that feels similar to smoking.

As these tobacco sticks are gradually heated by the IQOS Iluma device they do not produce smoke, ash or tar and have been reported as releasing up to 95% less carbon monoxide than traditional tobacco products, such as cigarettes, which are combusted instead of gently heated. As these tobacco sticks are heated instead of burned they also emit less odour than other tobacco products, and the scent doesn’t linger either.
Amber TEREA tobacco sticks are sold as a pack of 20 tobacco sticks and have been developed for use alongside the IQOS Iluma series of heated tobacco devices. This means that TEREA sticks will not work with other heated tobacco devices, and should not be inserted into them.
