Grey Haze Return's Policy

Here you will find all our returns' information. Should you still have questions, please contact us.

Goods being returned as unwanted must be returned in an unopened and as new condition in the original packaging.

Faulty items can be returned without the original box if you have thrown it away. If you are able then we do prefer it to come back in the box as it helps us process the returns easier.

At Grey Haze we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us, and we will discuss further your options. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.

All products excluding E-Liquids can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase providing the item is still in an “As New” and Unused condition. 

Atomizers and Coils have a dead on arrival warranty. Please let us know as soon as you can, but no longer than 30 days of receiving the goods if you do have any dead on arrival coils.

E-Liquids cannot be returned if you do not live the flavour or if they have been opened. If we have sent out the wrong order or item, please do not open the bottle. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange a return and exchange. Even if we have sent the wrong flavour / brand, If the bottle has been opened, then we are unable to assist you due to health and safety.

All External 18350, 18650, 20700, 21700 batteries have a 30-day warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cig batteries can be fragile, and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty, within 30 days email us, and we will send out a replacement. 

Any advanced Kit with a 6 month+ warranty will cover the main body / mod only (Excluding charging port) The warranty does not cover chargers, coils, or spare parts / accessories included within the box. The warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. 

 

Warranty Time Frames with Grey Haze

All time frames are from the original purchase date.

  • Built-In Battery Box Mods – 6 Months
  • External Battery Box Mods – 6 Months
  • AIO systems (built in / external battery – 6 Months)
  • Pod Systems (built in / external battery – 6 Months)
  • Tanks – Dead on Arrival Only
  • External Batteries – 30 Days
  • Coils / Atomizers – Dead On Arrival Only
  • Disposable Devices – Dead On Arrival Only 

If you receive a replacement for a faulty item, the warranty does not reset. Should your replacement go faulty, we would only cover you from the original purchase date.

We know there is a small chance that a product could arrive faulty or damaged, if this is the case please inform us immediately, and we will assist you with a resolve.

How to return

Please contact our customer service team using info@greyhaze.co.uk. Include your order number, a description of the fault and your preferred resolution.

If your goods are faulty within 30 days of the purchase, then we are more than happy to arrange a return for a refund. 

If the goods are faulty after 30 days, then we are able to offer you a return for like exchange or an exchange of goods to the same value.

If your goods are unwanted, they must be returned to us in an As New and Unused condition within 30 days of the purchase. 

Postage Costs

If your goods are faulty within 30 days of the original purchase, then Grey Haze are able to cover the cost of return.

If the goods are past 30 days, then the postage cost will be covered by the customer.

All goods must be returned to the original packaging when possible with a copy of the following information included. 

— Order number

— Name

— Address

— Reason for return (faulty, change of mind, etc.)
