ARTICLE 20 CREATES VAPING CHOAS!

VAPING CREATES CHOAS!

So Article 20 has been made more visible to the public recently and it seems that this legislation will create more chaos than control. Vaping is the same as anything that works on a “Supply on demand” basis. Vendors will carry on trying to supply consumers with what they want (under ridiculous legislation I might add) and for everything else there will always be a black market or “Underground”. Just like illegal substances; Marijuana, Cocaine, Heroine etc… the war on drugs will have a partner in crime with the “War on Vaping”. Let’s be realistic here, we all know how much control the authorities publicly advertise they have over “The War on Drugs”, absolutely none what so ever, so trying to control the consumer even more in this Big Brother world we live in will just drive us into the same situation. No matter how much they try and clamp down on vaping there will always be a supplier and a demand, the community is too big now to just bend over and have their trousers pulled down.

To be completely honest there are parts of Article 20 that do make sense but these are completely outweighed by the laws they want to implement that are just ridiculous.

  • NO Tanks with a capacity over 2ml – Goodbye Herakles, Delta II, Arctic, Atlantis 2, Nautilus etc…

  • NO Juices to be sold with a volume over 10ml

  • NO Juices with a nicotine level over 24mg

  • NO cartridges to be sold with a volume of over 2ml

  • Surveys are to be publically displayed on Websites (these won’t be accurate under the new legislation so we as a vendor would be displaying false information)

Ingredients have to be displayed on refill containers (juice bottles) in order of Weight. Meaning it will be difficult and expensive to produce bottles with different VG/PG levels and comply with this legislation.

These laws are being governed by people directly or indirectly involved with Big Tobacco making it difficult for anything other than Cigalike & BluCig like products to get on to the market. Now is the time to get involved and do what you can to help stop this legislation from being put into place in April 2016.

More on this will be reported on as we receive more information so please keep in touch with the Grey Haze blog page and we will point you in the right direction to have your say.
